We are pleased to arrange an exclusive rate for all the delegations. The exclusive rate is also valid for delegations who would like to extend their stay prior to or for additional delegation at their own expense. Kindly note the availability of the hotels will be based on a first come first served basis. The designated hotels are CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability) certified. Shuttle will be provided for delegation stays at the designated hotels.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Jakarta (CGK), is located 50 minutes (30km) from the venue. The ISPG committee will provide airport transfer services for all delegates attending the event. Pick-up services will be provided and should be arranged through the designated staff. To assist us in providing transport service, we require that flight details be provided upon registration.
